Prompt Engineer – Generative AI
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, refine, and optimize prompts to improve the performance of LLMs across multiple use cases.
- Experiment with different prompt engineering techniques to enhance model accuracy, coherence, and relevance.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to fine-tune models.
- Develop and maintain a prompt library for reusable and scalable AI applications.
- Evaluate AI model outputs using scientific analysis, feedback loops, and testing methodologies.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI and NLP.
- Implement prompt-based automation and integrations for AI-powered applications.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure tools(Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or working with LLMs like GPT, LLaMA, Gemini, or Claude.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI-related libraries (e.g., OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL.
- Hands-on experience in AI model evaluation and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with fine-tuning and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) techniques.
- Experience integrating AI into applications using APIs and automation frameworks.

Sr. Network Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Min 8 years required - Deploy, configure, and manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers).
- Troubleshoot complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Implement and maintain SD-WAN (Viptela/vManage) solutions.
- Maintain and update network diagrams for accurate documentation.
- Conduct proactive analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Standardize configurations across network devices.
- Coordinate with OEMs and third-party vendors for connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Plan, schedule, and implement network software/hardware upgrades and migrations.
- Manage cloud networking, including Traffic Manager, Gateways, VNet, VPN (Site-to-Site, Point-to-Site, ExpressRoute), Subnet, and Public IP management.
- Implement and troubleshoot Cisco ACI for a global environment.
- Ensure a high-performance and secure wireless network using Cisco wireless technologies.
- Maintain a zero-downtime Cisco ISE infrastructure with expert troubleshooting skills.
- Utilize Splunk for advanced log analysis and correlation to detect and prevent network issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot Infoblox DDI environment.
- Configure and manage load balancers to optimize network traffic.
- Perform incident, service catalog, problem, and change management for network services.
- Work with authentication protocols such as TACACS and RADIUS.
- Follow change and problem management processes in compliance with industry best practices.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts as required.
